A downloadable tool for Windows and Linux

Match a list of people to a list of projects according to their stated wishes.

You need a .csv file as input (it's a common spreadsheet save/export format) and it'll make a new .csv file as output, pairing projects to people.
Everything's explained in the tool itself (and in the tuto.pdf file you can download separately - it contains the text on screen in case it's easier to read that way).

There was an online player in a previous version but I removed it as it didn't work (needed and didn't have the permissions to go grab the file with everyone's wishes from your computer)
