A downloadable tool for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Match a list of people to a list of projects according to their stated wishes.

You need a .csv file as input (it's a common spreadsheet save/export format) and it'll make a new .csv file as output, pairing projects to people.
Everything's explained in the tool itself (and in the tuto.pdf file you can download separately - it contains the text on screen in case it's easier to read that way).

It should be usable with only a keyboard or only a mouse with virtual keyboard.

avast and/or your navigator may complain when you try to download it (if it straight up refuses and doesn't show the "yeah I know, don't worry I trust them" button you can try another navigator). It's due to me not being a multi-million dollar company, sorry, nothing I can do about that afaik.
